    hello,i am ne here,i have a blog on wordpress.com-I would likr to kno,if there is a html, for wich,I can enable commenting on my photos thank you,and if there is,if you can give me it-thanks for your help

    No. The code you tried to use needs to be added to the HTML of the blog (not the HTML editor of a post), and in wordpress.com blogs you cannot modify the HTML of the blog.
    But the images on your latest post link to attachment pages. When you do that, then each attachment page will have its own comment box if commenting on that post was enabled when you created the post.
