Code in blocks

    Half of the blog I am writing has normal text. The other half has code in the blocks. How has this happened and how can I change the settings so that it is just a user friendly view of text?

    It all looks fine when I preview it. I just don’t understand how or why this happened.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    What is the name of the post you’re working on exactly?

    Also, to check are you copying and pasting from outside of WordPress into WordPress.com?
