  Hi friends…I JUST WANT TO KNOW IF I CAN CHANGE THE CODE IN MY BLOG ?AND IF I CAN , HOW I DO THAT!

  What code are you referring to? You can use basic html and inline CSS to tweak the appearance of individual posts and pages: http://en.support.wordpress.com/editors/styling-individual-posts-and-pages/

  You can customise the overall appearance of your theme using CSS, but for that you need to purchase the custom design upgrade: http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/

  You cannot change the base code because all our blogs run off the same software and if you change it on one blog it will affect all the blogs and can potentially bring down the entire system. http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/

  No, it’s up to you. If you don’t know what code you want to change, it can’t be changed.

  I don’t see any code on that page. Only a lot of Greek :)
