code is a file I don’t have access to
-
Hi, I’m Aly and I use the Blix theme for my blog, alyshea.wordpress.com.
The links in the body text that come with my theme (which I generally love and really don’t want to change) are a bit light for my taste, and tend to blend in with the rest of the text. I want to make them pop, so I went into the CSS area to try and make the links bold, but when I view the original stylesheet, I get this:
/* Theme Name: Blix Theme URI: http://www.kingcosmonaut.de/blix/ Description: A tried and true two-column theme with widgets and a customizable header. Version: 0.9.1-wpcom Author: Sebastian Schmieg Author URI: http://www.kingcosmonaut.de/ Tags: custom-header, fixed-width, green, two-columns, rtl-language-support, white, light, right-sidebar, widgets, sticky-post */ @import "layout.css?20090324"; @import "spring_flavour.css?20090213";———
I put in the backtick codes myself, fyi. Anyway, since I don’t have access to this file, can I just take the existing CSS document and add in the code to make the links bold or would I have to create my own CSS document from scratch? I figured I would ask before I did this so I wouldn’t ruin my blog.I’m fairly new at this, so any help would be much appreciated.

These are the two CSS files that are imported into Blix:
http://s3.wordpress.com/wp-content/themes/pub/blix/layout.css?20090324
http://s3.wordpress.com/wp-content/themes/pub/blix/spring_flavour.css?20090213
You will have sort through these files and add the code you need.
