Code to link a file by clicking on image

  Helllppp, please! In the past, I have routinely inserted some code when uploading an image, which will take the reader to a given location (external to blog) when they click on the image. I have lost the code!! Looked everywhere on Support but can’t find it anywhere. Can anybody help an old fool, please?

  Hello “old fool”
  When you edit a post, simply edit the image and paste the link into the “Link URL” box. Then Update the image and finally update the post.
