Code view and image uploader not working

  I can’t seem to look at my post in Code view, so I cannot access all of the toolbars for text, font, links, etc.
  And when I try to insert images into my blog, nothing happens and I get an “error on page” message down on the bottom left screen of my page. I can upload the picture to WordPress, but when I go to Send it to Editor, it doesn’t go through.
  I thought it was just a temporary glitch, but this has been happening for over 24 hours now.
  What’s going on?
  I’m not doing anything different.
  Any suggestions??

  Since you are self-hosted and using the software downloaded from wordpress.org, you need to direct your question to http://wordpress.org/support/ . WordPress.com uses a multi-user version of the software which is different and few, if any, here know anything about it.
