Coding seen on posts on mobile phone
-
When I look at my post on a mobile phone I see what looks like coding by my captions on photos. I don’t see them on the PC. How do I get rid of these? Thank you.

Hi there,
I checked your site at http://healingwalks.wordpress.com/ on my iPhone, and I didn’t see anything out of the ordinary next to your photo captions there. Can you make a screenshot of what you see?
You can upload screenshots to your Media Library under Media > Add New in your dashboard, or you can use an online service like Snaggy. That will help me understand what you’re seeing on your phone. (It would also help to know what kind of phone you’re using, in case it only shows up on some phones.)

Hi. Thanks for replying. Glad you can’t see odd text on your iPhone. I use a Samsung android and have uploaded a screen shot of what I see. It’s not the end of the world but nice if I could resolve.
Many thanks. -
Thanks for that screenshot. :) Only you see that screen, when you select one of your posts in the WordPress Android app. (It’s like opening your post in the editor on your computer — that code you see in the editor is what’s used to put a caption on your photo.) When a visitor looks at your posts, though, they will see the actual caption rather than the code.
Please let me know if you have any questions about that!
