Colibri Customizer not working

    Hello,

    My website is https://varsityfund.org
    and I am experiencing a persistent issue where Appearance → Customize will not load at all, even with:

    All plugins deactivated

    Default WordPress theme (Twenty Twenty-Four) activated

    PHP limits increased (memory_limit 512M, max_input_vars 10000, etc.)

    Colibri Support investigated this thoroughly and confirmed the problem is not caused by their plugins but is a server-level issue. They tested my site with all Colibri plugins disabled and a default theme and the Customizer still does not load (screenshot: https://tinyurl.com/3zut9nej).

    Request:

    Please check the server error logs for PHP/REST API errors when loading the Customizer.

    Confirm that my PHP configuration is correctly applied server-wide (memory, execution time, input vars).

    Resolve any server configuration issues preventing the WordPress Customizer from loading.

    This is urgent — my homepage is currently missing important sections and I cannot make design changes until the Customizer works.
