Colinear featured image

I just upgraded my site from Coraline to Colinear. All went smoothly except that “Featured Image” doesn’t work. I can set a featured image but when I go to the page I just see the normal header image. eg,: https://ianchisholm.co.uk/contact/commissions/ has a featured image set but it doesn’t appear. Any idea what I’m doing wrong?

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with another company.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
