Colinear footers stacking

  Is the third footer widget area supposed to be on the right of screen, creating a row of three? When I put widgets there, they end up underneath the footer 2 area rather than next to it.

  I figured it out. The footers bump over based on the display size of the screen. That is different than I am used to so I thought it was a glitch rather than a feature.
