Colinear theme: how to limit number of posts visible on front/home page

I have already gone into Settings->Reading and switched the 10 to 3 posts, but it is not affecting the Front/Home page.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Are you sure you clicked “save changes” after you did the number change?
If you did click save changes then type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for a Staff follow-up. Hi, the website we are working on is http://abaqc.com which we just switched over to the Colinear theme. Switching 10 to 3 posts seems to be working on the other pages. Just not on the Front/Home page.

I see what you are saying – it isn’t working on my end either. However, I tried to limit the number of posts on my test blog and it worked without issue. So, I do not think it is a bug. However, to be certain, I’ll report this issue internally and see if we can get to the root cause of the issue. I will keep you updated. Thanks!
