Colinear Theme not able to use 2 right widget columns

    I just setup a new theme (Colinear) which its demos says and shows you can have 2 right columns for widgets plus the main column for blogging, yet I cannot find a way to turn on 2 right columns.
    I go to APPEARANCE->CUSTOMIZE->THEME OPTIONS->2 SIDEBARS RIGHT but the blog still only has 1 sidebar on the right for some reason.

    Can anyone offer any help on this?
