Collapse my blogs in the main page

    It seems as though all my blogs are being posted in expanded form in every design I try to apply except Dyad theme. It would be helpful if you would say how to customize the feature.

    Customize which feature, and on which theme? It’s not clear what your goal is. Do want excerpts to display on the posts page, or the full posts?

    Some themes display full posts on the posts page, and others display excerpts. Some themes have a special section at Customize, called “Content Options,” that includes options as to whether and where full posts or excerpts are displayed.

    Here’s a list of themes that display excerpts automatically on the posts page. The list was created in August 2013, so some of these themes might be retired.

    You may use the More tag to truncate posts on the posts page (aka blog page) on any WordPress.com site.

    That list is extremely outdated, and most of those themes are retired as you point out, so I suggest we no longer give it out. :)

    We now have an automated filter for themes that display excerpts by default, and it will never go out of date:

    As musicdoc1 mentioned, most newer themes also have the Content Options panel in the Customizer, which allows you to choose between displaying the full post or an excerpt.

    Thanks. I hadn’t been able to find the correct filter. I tried to filter the themes to obtain only post excerpts sites, by alternately inserting keywords such as “excerpts” and “post excerpts” into the search bar at https://theme.wordpress.com/. These attempt produced only one or two sites as results.
