Collapsing lists

  Hi- i need help collapsing or formatting lists on my website. I made a list using a table which looks pretty clunky- can anyone suggest a good way to group this information in a way that is more user friendly- ie headings that can be expanded. The theme I have doesn’t seem to allow me to use any functions that collapse or group data in this way. Any suggestions?
