Collective Theme – Leave comment/reply showing up inconsistently, sometimes there, sometimes not

    I’m trying to get a ‘reply’ or ‘comment’ box to show up at the bottom of each of my posts. I’ve been through the ‘discussion’ settings and turned on discussions for all posts, pages, and anywhere else I can find to allow comments.

    They are showing up inconsistently for me and for others. I’ve read through other posts on this topic, followed the instructions and it doesn’t solve the issue.
