Collective WordPress Theme – Centering Team Members

  Hi,

  We purchased the Collective theme and we had a question about centering the team members on the homepage. The support forum for the theme referred us to the CSS forumL

  Is it possible to center the team members on the main page, rather than having them left-justified? We currently have 4 team members showing, but we’re reducing them to three team members and we’d like to have them centered on the page.

  Hello there,

  Many thanks for reaching out.

  It looks like you may need some CSS to fix that, are you able to indicate which column is going to be removed and perhaps we may be able to put something together.

  Thank you for the response. We’re looking to remove the first column under “GIRE Executive Committee” on the front page for the theme, and then there would be three centered columns remaining. Here’s the page again: https://uugire.com/

  Many thanks for that information.

  Once removed the CSS you would require is:

  
  /* 4 TO 3 COLUMS ON HOME */
  
  /* adjust home columns  dc */
  .home .members .four {
      width: 33.333%;
  }
   
  /* adjust second team member on home dc */
  .home .members .four:nth-of-type(2){
      left: 371px;
  }
   
  /* adjust third team member on home  dc */
  .home .members .four:nth-of-type(3){
      left: 743px;
  }
  
  /* END 4 TO 3 COLUMS ON HOME */
  
  

  This can be added via customize > CSS.
