College class creating project in WordPress

    Hello WordPress… my name is Brent Weber, and I have been an avid WordPress pro for many years. In the past several years I began using WordPress in my college teaching at the University of Oklahoma, Auburn University and now at Cypress College in California.

    Currently, my students in Global media (mostly sophomores) are using a WordPress platform to build a website that focused on the News media in a particular country of their choosing around the world. Most of them are NOT bloggers yet, and while they are doing fine, I would like to find a few tutorials or simple (free) posts that may help them get over the hurdle with their sites. Of course, we onlyhave five weeks left in the semester…

    Can you send me any links or specific tutorials for adding and building content, etc? All of them have their own blog that they have started to work on, and they selected their own themes (which makes it difficult for me to know what issues they each are facing, but that’s a problem of mine)…
