College course recovery of an Atavist site

I am teaching a class at Florida Atlantic University that was set up on Atavist years ago. The last time I taught it was Fall 2020, but it was not scheduled for Spring 2021, so I never found out that Atavist was being shut down until now, when the department asked me to teach it again in the Spring semester. I understand you all stopped doing migrations as of the end of June, but unfortunately, I did not know about this issue until now. Nearly all of the content for the course is in these Atavist pages. Please help! Dr. Root is the account holder (there and here), and I am Monty Watson ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) who is the instructor of record the last time and the coming one, so if you could copy me on any response, I would appreciate it. Thank you!

In the meanwhile, I did some more reading about this and I found more information from a previous answer by staff-totoro.
Atavist has stopped exports as of June 28, so we can no longer assist with this: https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/atavist-help/
Atavist sent out migration instructions to all users at the beginning of March, and shut down on 23 April. They were still able to export sites on request for the past two months, but that is no longer possible at this time.
