  como colocar meu vídeo em autoplay, ou seja, quando a pessoa acessar meu blog, o video começa a rodar sozinho, sem precisar clicá-lo.

  Hi, we don’t current support auto-playing Youtube videos. It is possible with VideoPress videos, but I would recommend against it, because it is widely considered to be intrusive and frustrating for users (see https://ux.stackexchange.com/questions/5252/video-and-audio-autoplay-evidence-that-its-bad-practice).
