  Hi there, Twenty Seventeen supports Custom Colors, and has six free palettes under Colors & Backgrounds available for you to choose from. (temp screenshot) Outside of those palette choices, you would need to upgrade to either the Premium or Business plan upgrade in order to edit your theme’s CSS.
