  Cant change color in either one. Have cancelled my last blog, recreated under a portfolio and was done in thirty minutes

  If you go to the admin first then access the color option, it seems to work, but I need to change the text now

  If you want to make any font changes to any titles like blog post or page titles or widget titles then you need the Premium plan the Business plan that includes the custom design upgrade in it.
