  That is not one of the themes which offers the color options detailed at https://en.support.wordpress.com/customizer/#colors-backgrounds

  You can find those themes under https://wordpress.com/themes/filter/custom-colors

  Alternatively, you can use CSS to manually change some of the color elements: https://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/custom-css/
