Color Not Copy and Pasteing.

    I`ve been with WordPress for about a year and a half now and I really like wordpress.
    During the early a.m. hours today – October 27, 2009 when I attempted to post New Posts I suddenly noticed that I was unable to copy and paste yesterdays posting to todays New Entry with color. I really like having different colors in my post. I think I now have to add color after I have pasted the previous entry to my new entry. That will take some extra time. Or is this just temporary. Example : I like making Lo temps Blue and Hi temps Red and Rain Green. Now when pasteing it just black. Will I be able to copy and paste color again soon or will I have to add color after I have pasted a new entry. Thanks from Jackson, Tn.

    If you copy from the HTML tab on one and paste into the HTML tab on the new post, it should copy over without an issue.

    Copy/pasting is generally a bad mistake that quite frequently breaks blogs. If it’s been working for you so far, you’ve been lucky. I would suggest you add the colour afterwards. If you must paste, use “Paste as Plain Text” in the advanced toolbar, and then add colour afterwards.
