Color of Apostrophe theme went back to default and won't change again

  • Unknown's avatar

When I first activated the Apostrophe Theme I customized the colors of the titles and fonts. It was fine.
Yesterday it just went back to the theme’s default option. Tried to change it again and I can see it in the preview and click on ‘save and publish’ but after I do it, the theme goes back to default and my changes aren’t saved.
    Thank you for your help

  • I’m sorry for the trouble! Our team launched a change earlier today that caused problems for customizations you made to your site’s appearance. We fixed that problem, and most sites are now back to normal.

If any of your site’s customizations are still missing, you can open your site’s Customizer and re-save those customizations now.

If you have any more trouble with that, please let me know!

    Hi Kathryn,
I’ve just installed the Apostrophe Theme and the ‘site logo feature’ is somehow missing. Is this related to the aforementioned problem?

(appearance -> customize -> side title and tagline => no add logo button present (?)

  • skizzievogel – if you’re using Apostrophe on a self-hosted site, you’ll need the Jetpack plugin to add the site logo feature. No specific module is needed.
