Color of text for post titles

  Is there a way to change the color of the titles of posts, categories, top rated and so on. Because of personal backgrounds uploaded some of these cant be seen. I think if you dont have that option you should. The title of your blog does.

  It would require the CSS upgrade and some CSS editing experience.

  Not on a post title you cannot. Post titles do not accept HTML tags.
