I see you are using mistylook. Are you talking about the grayish backgrounds for the widgets?
You would need the paid CSS upgrade and at least some CSS editing experience.

the problem is the color of the letters. but if you enter in older posts you gonna see that the letters of the sidebar are not green… it happened when in the post Gabeirisses(in the middle of the first page) i put the name Fernando Gabeira in green.. then my sidebar became like that.. i dont if it have something do with the problem..

You have a bunch of open span tags that are causing the issue.
First go to settings > writing and select “WordPress should correct invalidly nested XHTML automatically” and click “save changes.”
Now open this post, Vai vendo… (Leo Mano), in the post editor, make one minor change such as adding a space and then deleting it and the click “update post.” Go back and look at the blog and see if that fixed the issue. If not, continue opening posts on your main blog page and doing the same procedure till the problem goes away.

Open that post in the editor. Make a small change such as adding a space somewhere and then deleting it, and then click “update post” and wordpress should correct the missing tags issues automatically for you.
