color saving changes

  hello,
  i want to change the colors of my block. after i have chosen it and pressed the butten the message apears in the black part left:
  “saving changes”. then nothing happens and the website is blocked. this apears in firefox 20.0 and I.E. 9 as well. Im working on a dell latitutde e6500 with windows 7.

  Im having the same problem, it won’t let me change the theme’s colors, it gets stuck on “saving changes” and then it doesn’t do anything.

  Can you check to see if turning off try-before-buy mode helps? To do it, go to Appearance → Themes → Customize and look for a Custom Design menu item, if you see it then you are not in try-before-buy mode. If you don’t see a Custom Design menu item, open the Fonts panel and click the “exit the preview” link in yellow at the top of the panel.

  For anyone having trouble with this, can you please note what theme you are using and if you tested it without being in try-before-buy mode for Custom Design?
