Color scheme malfuntioning..

  Good morning, and thank you in advance for addressing this. I can’t change the color scheme on the theme I recently purchased, even though it continues to say it is updated. Is the system malfunctioning, or is there anything I can do differently on my end?

  I checked your account and I don’t see the purchase of a premium theme or the Custom Design upgrade on any of your blogs linked to this user account.

  Hello,

  The site I’m referring to is theopnation.com. I purchased the “On Demand” theme over the weekend, and it has been activated. The theme is active, but will not permit me to change to the color scheme I desire. Also, when re-tracing my steps (just now), I’m not certain if it charged me again for activation.

  Thanks for that information – this purchase was under a different user account, which is why I couldn’t find it in your upgrades.

  For the On Demand theme, to change the theme’s colors from the default you would also need to purchase the Custom Design upgrade:

  Also, as a premium themes customer, you do have access to an exclusive forum where you can get help from the theme authors themselves. Here’s a link to the forum for the On Demand theme:
