Color y fondo no cambia!!!

  Hola, tengo un problema de configuracion con mi pagina amateur , por un lado tengo la pagina con un fondo de un color determinado ( beige ) y algunos cambios en barra de opciones en la parte superior de la cabezera https://expressoartehotel.wordpress.com

  , pero cuando cambio a otro color de fondo, negro , no guarda la configuracion ni del color ni de las opciones en la barra de opciones en la parte superior de la cabezera

  This is happening because you’re saving your changes as a draft. Select the Publish option as seen in the screenshot below to make the changes publicly visible.
