  We’ve purchased the domain option for this account and it is not currently connecting correctly on the blog. Can you get this all connected for us.

  Hi there!

  I just checked out your domain settings and while it appears that everything is now correctly setup, your domain’s settings were recently adjusted:

  

  Were those changes on December 21st to adjust the name servers to the WordPress.com records? That would explain why the setup looks correct but the DNS still isn’t connecting properly. It can take up to 72 hours for those DNS changes to take full effect.

  Please let me know if those were your recent updates, and if so, let me know if the site still doesn’t connect on December 23rd and I can investigate further. :)

  I made an error in my request. The website that is not working is:

  It is not connecting correctly.

  Hi there!

  I saw coloradohomelessbillofrights.org in your subject line, so that was the domain I was checking out.

  I’m still seeing the same thing, where a public lookup of your name servers is correctly showing the WordPress records, but in our DNS lookup, the name servers are not coming up.

  Normally when this happens, it’s just the propagation waiting time like I mentioned before. But it’s been several days, so this is an unusual case.

  I did a reset of your Domain Mapping here on WordPress.com, and that does not appear to have solved the problem.

  As a next step, could you try “resetting” your name servers at the registrar? That is, change them back to the registrar’s default and save them — then change them back to the WordPress records and save again?
