coloring a table question.

  I would like to add blue to a table.
  The table is in a text widget on my sidebar (says Pennsylvania Echoes in different Languages)

  Does anyone know HTML tags to change the color of a Tables border?

  use bordercolor=”COLOR” inside the table tag

  unfortunately bordercolor is getting stripped out of the table tag.
  perhaps its not allowed in a text widget.
