  When I want to customize colors in my theme, the site allows me to do that, but when i click save it doesnt do it.. just says all the time “saving changes” but never does it..

  I was having the same problem before I purchased the Custom Design upgrade. Do you have the upgrade or are you just trying it out?
  If I recall correctly, if I refreshed the page it would load the changes.
  It may be browser related. It happened to me with Google Chrome on Windows XP.
  support.wordpress.com/browser-issues has some tips on browsers.
