Colors palette in Karuna

Hi,
I’m using the Karuna theme on a new site afeter trying it on a personal blog. The fact is that I’m managing this website from the /wp-admin/ menu (istead of loging in from wordpress.com as I did with my personal blog) and here I can’t find the color palettes in the Customize menu (as it was when using the personal blog account). I only can change the colour of the text and background.
Do you know why is this happening?

It appears to me that your site acciosindicalbages.cat, that you need help with is using the open source WordPress.org software and you need to seek help at these forums with more experienced members with what you may need:
