Color/underline missing when adding an external link.
-
Hi,
I have been adding external links on my blog posts. I noticed that when the post is published, the word(s) in which the link is attached to is not automatically underline. Plus it appears in black, simply in bold.
It is not obvious that this word has a link to click on. Is there any way I can change that? Each time I add a link and publish the post, the visual will automatically set it as underlined and in another color, say dark blue or purple?Thank you.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hey there,
You can change your theme’s default format (including text color and underlining!) for links through Custom Design.
Check out this doc:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/Custom design is an upgraded service through WordPress.com, but you can preview the changes for free.

Hi Erynpaul,
Thank you. I have used the Custom design, there is no option that allows me to standardize the link visual.
Say, in your previous answer, the WordPress support link you supplied is automatically set in light blue.
If I apply it to my blog, I would like to type the word “Link here”, attached the said link, and make sure that each time I do so, the “Link here” text appears in blue and underlined. This way, its clearly alert the reader that there is a link behind “link here”. -
I have used the Custom design
