Colour of Text isn’t working

  Hi there, for some reason WordPress keeps changing the colour of text even though I have it as black or blue for links. A lot of the headings are blue which doesn’t make sense since I haven’t changed the colour or linked anything (i.e. ‘Once You’ve Connected With New Friends, Extend the Invitation to Hangout’ is blue and shouldn’t be). How can I resolve this issue?
