Colour Swatch Subscription

    Hi we have our current yearly subscription for our colour swatch add on. Can we change this plan to a monthly rather than yearly as we are making some changes to our website and will require different add ons when we do.

    Hi there,

    Can you confirm which site you need help with?

    We don’t sell anything called a colour swatch add-on on WordPress.com, and you don’t currently own any paid upgrades with us. You have two sites in the account you’re using to post here, but both are empty and haven’t been updated since 2013.

    If you’re speaking of a plugin you’re using on a WordPress site at another hosting provider, please contact support for at the company where you have a subscription for that plugin directly for help with this.
