coloured indicators

  in the statistics page, in the window for pages and posts are sometimes coloured bars on the left side. what do they mean?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there. I don’t see anything like you’re describing on any of the stats pages. Can you please provide the URL of the page on which you see this?

  How embarrassing… they are gone

  Honestly, I have seen them often, wondering what they mean…

  can we keep this open and when it happens next time, I will show you.

  I took a screenshot and photoshopped the indicators in, so you can see what I mean.

  I don’t use that stats page very often, but I’ve never seen those. I’ll tag this for staff. They should be able to unravel this mystery :)

  Hi there,

  Those colored bars mean that the post or page was published in the period of time (the day, week, month, etc.) that you’re looking at in your stats. You can also click the little “i” in a circle at the top of that stats box to get information about that. :)
