column adjustment for different screens

  Hello!

  I’ve inserted columns on three pages (home, ethos, about fran) and switched on the mobile adjustment mode, but the lines still swim together on smaller screens. Does anyone know how to prevent / block off the two columns from the single column texts? For example, on the home page it’s the ‘where do we start?’ return to a single column that bleeds into the two columns above. Please do say if you need more clarification.
