Column Block issues
-
So on my home page I have 3 separate column blocks split up by my book series. Well, one of my series has 6 books in it, so its 2 rows with 3 columns. It looks really nice on the desktop site, but if you check it out on a tablet or mobile, the books are out of order.
I figured easy enough I will split it into two blocks of 1 row and 3 columns, but for the life of me I can’t figure out how. I know I can essentially just delete the 3 books, delete the blocks inside the column block and make a new column block BUT I want to know how to fix it. I would think it would be super easy to split the current block into 2 but there doesn’t seem to be.

Hello there,
Many thanks for reaching out.
I can see that you’re using a Layout block to show those columns, which has the ability to configure how many columns show on different device sizes.
To fix or change what you’re seeing there, you would need to adjust the ofset settings as seen here: https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/layout-grid-block/ > Resizing the grid using the block settings
However, based on what you’ve said – it sounds like you may wish to consider the columns block: https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/columns-block/ which will adjust automatically.
I hope this helps.
