  • Hi @3wwg55hnjm, you may need to just do it manually, but we can check to see what’s easiest. Could you send a link to the affected post or page, and share which column you’re trying to move and where? Thanks in advance!

Many thanks for your response. On the Bookings page of my website theatreguys.info, there are several tables. The link is https://theatreguys.info/bookings/

Scroll down the page to the first table. I want to reverse the Theatre and Show columns so they match other tables further down that page.

I see. Thanks for the link!

I understand what you’re trying to do, but as it happens, there isn’t an automated way to do this. However, I checked by copying the table to Google Sheets, moving the columns around, and copying it back to the editor, and it seemed to have worked, although the styles (background color) were missing.

I didn’t copy from Google Sheets to your page. Perhaps you could try this?

    Thanks!

Thanks for this suggestion. I did not know Google Sheets as I usually work on my MAC. However, I can use WordPress on my iPad so I downloaded the App to that. I managed to Copy the table Block in WordPress but when I tried to paste it in the Google Sheets table, it pasted a formula instead of the details. Any ideas/suggestions?

  • I was able to copy + paste the table to Google Sheets as well. From there, I swapped the columns to the desired order and it looks like this.

  • You could embed your proper table from Google Sheets and then delete the existing one. That may be simplest way about it. When I try to simply copy + paste the content from Sheets in to a new table block I just get 1 long column (but not a formula like you’ve mentioned).
