On my static page the side column is on the right, on my pages the side column is on the left. How do I edit?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Some terminology clarification.

WordPress features posts and Pages for content. The Pages are pseudo-static web pages that exist outside of the chronological order of posts, which are timely articles. A pageview is the generated view of a web page on WordPress.

I couldn’t find a Page (as in WordPress words) and checked for the default About Page to find that it had been removed, and there the sidebar appeared on the left while it is on the right on the other pageviews, which appear to be posts.

Placement of the Sidebar is set by the WordPress Theme. Some WordPress Themes feature Page templates that permit you to change the placement of the sidebar. On the Page, look for Page Template on the right side of the optional modules and check to see if this one permits such changes. If it does not, and the Appearance > Theme Options also does not feature the ability to set the sidebar, this is a “feature” character of the Theme.

If you are unhappy with the Theme, consider changing it.

I had a feeling it was just the way the theme worked. Thank you so much for taking the time to respond.
