columns fixed positions

  Hi , is there any way I could display my data in columns in fixed positions in both website format, and mobile format? (both formats have different positions)
  e.g. Website:
  col1 col2 col3 col4 col5

  mobile:
  col1 col2
  col3 col4
  col5

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
