Columns on WP Admin page (posts) all messed up

    Now the column with the post titles is only 2 letters wide, meaning the title column is long and skinny and unreadable. I did nothing to change it but how can I change it back> I’d like to be able to adjust the column widths to my liking. This is infuriating! I can’t work on my blog this way.
