Columns stacking vertically instead of horizontally

  I’m having issues with my site since updating the PHP. Most of my columns are stacked vertically instead of horizontally.

  I’ve tried creating new rows, trying on a new page, reverting the PHP, but nothing is working. Anyone have any tips?
