  I am just wondering if I buy a .com domain from wordpress for my blog, can I install Google Analytics at that point? I know blogs with wordpress.com does not support Google Analytics.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Do I get to keep my .com domain if I decide not to blog under WordPress but design my own blog in the future instead?

  Yes, you can keep the domain and use it on another site. If you’ve registered your domain through WordPress.com and now want it to point to a blog or website hosted elsewhere then you can do this by updating the nameservers.
