  So i Own a domain with an ending of .com.au how am i able to use this with WordPress?

  The account you are contacting us from hasn’t created any sites on WordPress.com yet. What is the address of the site you are working on?

  It’s worth noting there are two types of WordPress:

  • WordPress.com: where the site is created and hosted here on WordPress.com.
  • WordPress.org: where WordPress.org software is installed on a third party host.

  There is some more information about the differences between the two here:

  With that in mind, do you want to use the domain for a site hosted on WordPress.com? Or use WordPress.org software with another host?
