can I use wordpress.com for a business or do I need wordpress.org.
I recently heard that wordpress.com was not for business and that I should have set up a wordpress.org instead. I need to find out if this is still correct and if so, how can I get my blog and information transferred.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It all really comes down to what your particular needs are. Essentially, .com and .org are both great for business, but there are key differences.

.com and .org are pretty much the same, .org is for people/businesses who want to maintain everything themselves, install custom plugins and make other modifications.
the .com version of WordPress lets you install custom themes, and it comes with a lot of useful plugins that you would want.
So if you need a regular website that helps you display ur blog and some pages, go with .com, cause its free and you can upgrade to get more features.

As long as you do not use the site to SELL jewelry, then it should be fine. You don’t need ecommerce either, if you’re not selling. You do need a Contact Form, which you can have for free. Take a look around http://learn.wordpress.com and the support documents. They should answer all of your questions.
