.com theme to .org

  I have a client that has a wordpress.org account and I designed a new layout using a wordpress.com theme. Is there a way to transport the theme from .com to .org? I don’t know enough about CSS to really edit the .org theme.

  No, not really. If the same theme is available in a .org version, you could try applying your CSS changes to it and see how close you can get.
