.COM TO .ORG JUMBLED LAYOUT & POSTS
-
I moved my site from .com to .org and my whole layout has messed up. There is a cached version of the original here:
Now it looks like this: http://lifeisntjustaholiday.com
My featured images on all my posts have gone, or have been mixed up with other random images from other posts. Is it possible that wordpress.com hasn’t sent over all the data properly??
Please help I’m so close to crying seriously regretting my decision to move as it’s clearly just ruined everything and wish I could come back to .com
Thanks so much to anyone who can help!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m sorry you are having so much trouble.
As you have noticed, while it is possible to migrate between .com and .org, it is not a completely automatic process. There are a number of things that need to be set up again whenever you switch (from either direction).
A great resource for self-hosted .org issues is the WordPress.org forums:
We also offer a migration service called Guided Transfer. Though even that doesn’t set up every little aspect of your site (custom theme stuff mostly):

and wish I could come back to .com
As you haven’t deleted your WordPress.com site, there is no reason why you cannot simply go back to using your .com site.
