    Hello there!

If you are still planning on using the domain, chasetheredgrape.com, it is still mapped to your WordPress.com-hosted site on our servers. You’ll need your domain to point to your site on BlueHost’s servers.

We highly recommend transferring your domain registration to BlueHost, so you’re able to keep all your site’s management in one place. To transfer your domain:

Transfer a Domain to Another Registrar

If you choose not to transfer, you can re-map your domain to your BlueHost site by changing your name servers here at WordPress.com. Here are instructions:

    Change a Domain’s Name Servers

Let me know if you have questions about transferring or remapping.

Because your site is self-hosted with BlueHost now, support staff at WordPress.com do not have access to your site’s files or the ability to provide assistance for the problems you are having logging into your Dashboard.

You can find support for your self-hosted WordPress site here:

If you need professional help for your self-hosted WordPress site, please check out:

You may also wish to contact your host’s support team for more assistance.

Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks much and best of luck with the self-hosted site!
